Validity 30 Days

Quotations provided by the Seller will only remain valid for the period of time as indicated in the quotation after which the Seller reserves the rights to re-tender if requested by the Purchaser to proceed further

Acceptance All quotations are subject to confirmation by the Seller on receipt of any order and the Seller reserves the right to refuse any order.

Availability All quotations subject to stock availability, sales priority for earlier confirmed orders.

Prices                              The prices Quoted are in SAR unless otherwise specified

The Prices Quoted are DDP customer's premise in Saudi Arabia for orders above SAR 5,000

The Prices Quoted are Ex-work Bright Wires Warehouse for orders below SAR 5,000

Payment Terms Unless credit facilities have been granted to the Buyer or unless otherwise specifically provided in writing, the price for the goods shall be paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the following bank account.

Delivery terms DDP customer's premise in Saudi Arabia for orders above SAR 5,000. Ex-work Bright Wires Warehouse for orders below SAR 5,000.

Warranty Goods under warranty against Manufacturer Defect only, from the date of the delivery, and for the period referred to in the sales offer or invoice only.

Defected units under warranty will be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer policy.

All warranted goods and equipment should bear serial or batch number comply with seller records.

Goods repaired, replacement items: warranty period is from delivery of the replacement or completion of the repair for 90 days or until the end of the original warranty period (if later).

Damages, Loss, Short Delivery

In all cases, a signature ‘unexamined’ shall be deemed to be an unconditional acceptance of the goods.

No claim for damage in transit, for shortage in delivery or for loss of goods will be entertained after 5 working days of the receipt of the goods.
